Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders within 12–24 hours of placement. Once the order is being processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
A cancellation fee of 6% + $1 may apply to cover processing and payment costs.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Requirements include:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Conditions include:

  • Items arriving damaged or incorrect.

  • Sufficient proof (photos/videos) provided by the customer.
    Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • Replacements for shipping errors are provided free of charge.

  • Incorrect shipping addresses or customer errors will incur replacement costs.

Limitations

  • Pre-orders, custom items, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.

  • Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

  • Orders lost or delayed due to customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure are excluded.

International Orders
Customers should note that import duties and taxes may apply and are not refundable. Returns due to customs fees are generally not accepted.
